Mr. Nolan will not nor has he ever supported minning in Minnesota. He is an anti-mining legislator that fooled the voters. He says he supports mining but time will tell if he fully supports the economic boom and the union work which is sure to follow. What say you Rick? We supported you now prove it with the jobs!

Nolan is a far left wing whack that was backed by the union puppets who will soon regret their support. On the bright side thank goodness that scowling old coot Sweeney in the picture is no longer in office. Things will be better at the county level without Sweeney. Things will not be better in DC with Nolan are your description of him as no job is correct. Nolan will hurt job creation in the 8th district.
DNT took their talk about it buttons down so we wouldn’t hurt ourselves with our comments on such sensitive topics. I like that Nolan is arriving just in time for voters remorse as Congress takes on gun control. Should set the tone already for the MN 8th in 2014.
Yes it seems the DNT has either change their policy on comments or they are protecting Nolan. Which is it?
Mike, when Sweeney voted not to create hundreds of union jobs in mining she lost all confidence from the unions. We use to be able to count on her but the last 3 or 4 years she became a non-union supporter. As far as Nolan goes, he’ll have just one opportunity on supporting mining and if he wavers, he’ll be out as well.
Larry unfortunatly the union members would follow Nolan off a cliff, ok most of them would and they are. I am supprised how many older, mature union members I know that are totally clueless to the free market system and how it works. Most of them are commies and that is the way they like it.
